04 / WHO WE ARE

Independent
thinking.
Shared vision.

With architectural roots dating back to 1986, SHADES evolved through a merger in 2022. In 2026, that merger came to an end and the company began a new, independent chapter with Kareem Fadl and Sara Mohamed Shaaban as its only partners. Together, they lead SHADES Engineering with a shared commitment to architectural creativity, technical excellence and the quality of every space we create.

Our mission remains simple: enrich people's lives through innovative and creative spaces.
