El Gamal is an accomplished Civil Engineer with a remarkable entrepreneurial journey spanning both UAE and Egypt. His professional endeavors began in 2009 when he earned a BSc in Civil Engineering, followed by a stint as a research engineer at the National Research Center in Egypt.

Seeking broader industry exposure, he ventured to the UAE in 2011, where he joined a leading concrete manufacturing company, gaining invaluable experience administratively and technically in the construction sector.

Recognizing the importance of professional growth, El Gamal earned certifications from esteemed institutions, including the American Concrete Institute and the National Ready Mix Concrete Association as a certified concrete technologist. He further solidified his expertise by becoming a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) through the Project Management Institute.

 

His passion for entrepreneurship led him to pursue an MBA from the University of Bolton in the UK in 2016, fortifying his expertise in business development. This paved the way for him to co-found Adams Concepts in the UAE in 2017, where he has been instrumental in delivering numerous creative and innovative projects. In 2019, he assumed a pivotal role as a board member at BUILDERIA Development in Egypt. in 2021, El Gamal was appointed as the Managing Partner at SHADES in Egypt and UAE, where he continues to drive business growth and success.

 

In 2023, El Gamal solidified his knowledge in the Entrepreneurship field by obtaining a certification from Harvard Business School, underscoring his dedication to staying at the forefront of entrepreneurial world. His track record of successful businesses, passion for entrepreneurship, and commitment to professional development make him an invaluable asset in any venture.
