When vision and intellect make a difference and create distinction and dazzle, we can confidently call it a landmark.  Shades created creativity and solutions in a project that is considered one of its largest projects in terms of cost and location, so it created solutions to reduce the cost in all engineering factors, and it also made the place a distinctive Landmark in it, and the imprint of Shades became very visible and distinctive.

When vision and intellect make a difference and create distinction and dazzle, we can confidently call it a landmark.  Therefore, here we must talk about one of our largest projects, which is the Khayyat Tower project. This project is located on Al-Madinah Al-Talaa Road, which is one of the most famous streets in Jeddah. This project is considered one of the most distinguished projects that appeared in Jeddah, as it is considered a distinctive sign that characterizes the city because the laws of Jeddah allow bypassing heights when the project is a sign of the city. And we worked to provide engineering solutions that reduced the electrical cost and greatly saved energy by using Single Curtain Walls and supplying aluminum, so we made 60% of the buildings and 40% of the openings. Elevators and stairs, and the replacement of administrative offices instead of them, raised the price of those offices because they are located directly  on the street corner, which makes them more distinctive.  We also created solutions to reduce water consumption and its cost. Therefore, this project is unique and of a special nature.
