Our work entails more than simply modifying the villa to expand some spaces, combine others, and eliminate some of the following spaces in order to achieve the customer's vision of brushing his villa comfortably for him in a modern, warm, and cost-free manner.

We have implemented smart systems for controlling the electricity and lighting of the villa in order to save on electricity consumption and facilitate the use of the different electricity systems by the customer.

For finishing materials, we used a natural wood substitute and a marble substitute in some wall binding; we replaced the marble with porcelain flooring similar to the marble required in some spaces. With value engineering, we replaced natural wood with HDF in the rooms.

By simply achieving the equation of executing the design with high-quality raw materials at a lower price than natural ones that are always more expensive than the project budget but are influenced by raw quality, our work is a tight implementation plan through which we value the implementation of the items on site in an orderly and professional manner within 4 months.
